Qatar Airways, Airbus wins the hearts of passengers at APEX/IFSA Awards for best flight experience
Flying is more about than just getting from point A to B - it's also about how comfortable you are while getting there. The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) and International Flight Services Association (IFSA) are dedicated to promoting this, including making sure you are entertained with as little back pain as possible.
Together, the APEX/IFSA Awards honours airlines, plane manufacturers and tech innovators for helping to create the best airline passengers experiences. Finalists were decided by over 40 professionals from both associations, and the winners were determined by a panel of selected media experts.
Qatar won big in the Passenger Choice Awards sections, taking home Best Seat Comfort, Best Cabin Service and Best Food and Beverage. Emirates took the glory for Best Entertainment, while Delta Air Lines was crowned with the Best Wi-Fi title.
For the expert awards, Airbus won the APEX/Crystal Cabin Award for Best Customer Journey Experience with their Airspace Connected Experience concept, which aims to make every passenger's flight more personalised.
